Sandy L. Imperial, M.D., obtained a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology degree in 1985 and a Medical Degree in 1989 from Far Eastern University-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in the Philippines. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the State University of New York-Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, N.Y. in 1997 followed by a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at the University of Pennsylvania Health System-Pennsylvania Hospital in 1998.
After completing his training, Dr. Imperial served as an Assistant Professor of Pathology at his medical school until 2000. He joined WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital in 2001 serving as an Associate Pathologist and Secretary of the Medical Staff from 2004 to 2007. Dr. Imperial is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
