Meggen Walsh, MD

Meggen Walsh, DO was raised in Randolph, NJ. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physician Assistant at DeSales University in 2003. She worked at Lehigh Valley Hospital in the departments of Trauma and Neurosurgery before attending Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She graduated from medical school in 2011 and completed residency at the University of Kentucky for Anatomic and Clinical Medicine, having served as chief resident. In 2017, she completed a fellowship in Neuropathology at the University of Florida. Prior to joining York Laboratory Associates, Dr. Walsh worked at Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan as a neuropathologist from 2017-2025 and as a laboratory medical director.

Dr. Walsh joined York Laboratory Associates in 2025. She is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology with subspecialty certification in Neuropathology.
