Billing Options

Outpatient laboratory services are billed directly to the patient, insurance carrier or provider in the case of managed care contracts.  Medicare requires that the laboratory performing the service submit the bill directly to the Medicare intermediary and receive payment according to the Medicare fee schedule.  Questions should be directed to the billing department at (717) 851-2102 or (800)-842-1783.
