Urine Collection Tube

GRAY TOP – To be used for culture only.

Must Submit BD Vacutainer for all urine cultures.  Prior to collection, instruct the patient to cleanse properly.  Transfer urine cup spcimen to gray top culture tube immediately.  Do not underfill.

Contains a freeze-dried preservative that keeps bacterial population constant for 24 hours without refrigeration.
